Cancel (if applicable)

After making purchase, customer have 12 hour to request cancelling – we will happy process full refund.

After that date, item will be produced and we can’t support any further.

What do you need to do in exchange for a refund or refund?

+ Send 01 email to us in the mailbox:  support@moodbounce.com With the subject “Request exchange or refund” and content is describe the problem of the product.

+ We will review your request and consider if you are eligible for a refund/return

+ If your request is accept, we will send an email to you about next steps.

+ Package the product you receive.

Customer Mistake

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%.

We typically do not accept refund or replace due to user errors including:

  1. Choosing wrong sizes, designs, colors. If the shirt/item doesn’t fit because the customer ordered the wrong size (you didn’t check the size chart, you thought the size would fit because you usually use that same size from many other merchandisers, or for any similar reasons. So, please check the size chart carefully before placing the order
  2. Providing undeliverable address, resulting in the item cannot be received. Note that do fill the shipping address in the check out instead of the billing address
  3. Cancellation the order after more than 12 hours when the order is placed

When will you be exchanging or refunding?

We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:

+ You receive an incorrect item
+ Your order contains damaged product(s)
+ Your order has a printing mistake
+ Part of your order is missing from the package

PLEASE BE AWARE:

We may not be able to avoid a little COLOR and SIZE DIFFERENTIATION caused when printing, making our product. For example, colors may look brighter or darker than when comparing with the artwork file. Shirts may be 1-2 inches shorter/longer or wider/smaller than the announced size chart.

Timeframe in which moodbounce.com accept returns?

Returns must be shipped back to us within 15 days from the date you your package is delivered.

Who Is Responsible for Return product?

moodbounce.com will provide a pre-paid label for anything that was damage, miss printed, or defective. For all other cases, return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

When will you receive your refund?

Once we receive the return product please allow 6-10 days business to process for you.
All returns product will be processed through our inspection department for approval/rejection.
If you are approved for a refund please allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is refunded.

We cannot accept customers return or exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or over 15 days.

Customization

For customized item, we will contact you first to ask or you can keep in touch with us with the title: ” order number-site name- item title” and the information you want to customize. If after 4 business days, we don’t receive any messages from you, we will send the original design without the customization change and don’t accept any replace or refund.
