Processing/Shipping Time and Refund
All orders are sent to the warehouse within 24 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse processes the orders, which takes an additional 2 – 3 business days.
Items usually take between 7 – 10 business days to arrive at their destination. You will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5-7 days, please contact us.
